Race Ticket Assignments
Race tickets are assigned in the order in which we receive each reservation. You are not guaranteed to receive the same seating that you had on a previous race year. Special requests for large parties, particular sections, or aisle seating will be taken into consideration as we assign the seating.
Packages Only!
Please note that we sell only complete packages for this race.
Reservations & Deposits
A booking deposit of $150.00 per person is
required to secure your seat on this tour. Please mail in
deposits for reservations. Reservations will not be taken
over the phone. Space is limited and is on a first-come, first-served
basis. Participation in a previous race tour will not guarantee
your space on this tour.

Tour. Final payment is due on July 15, 2010.

Luggage & Carry-on Items
Each participant is allowed one (1) suitcase. An additional small overnight case or tote bag may be carried on board the coach. Coolers no larger than 14” may be brought on board. Glass containers are NOT allowed on the coach.
Cancellation
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please
contact us immediately. The following scale of charges will
apply, if you cancel without Cancellation Insurance:
- 60 days prior 100% refund
- 30-59 days prior refund less deposit amount
- 00-29 days prior no refund
Explanation of Cancellation Insurance
If you cancel your trip or are unable to continue on your
trip due to a sickness, accidental injury or death of you,
your traveling companion or family member, you will receive
a full refund. A physician’s confirmation and signed
release form will be required.
Rain Delays
In the event that a race is delayed due to weather, the group
may elect to spend one additional night to see the race. This
option is dependent upon motorcoach availability, hotel availability,
and the group majority vote. Tour members will be responsible
for the additional night’s lodging and any other related
costs.
