Don Williams, President
Don Williams has been in the travel industry since 1962. His experience includes all aspects of travel from working with an airline company, owning a Travel Agency and accompanying tour groups throughout the country. After so many years of dedication, Don is now able to spend extra time with his family, play a round of golf and relax on a fairly regular basis. He is our mentor that continually keeps us on our toes and encourages us to go the extra mile for our clients.



Kelli Phelps, Manager
Kelli Phelps has been with United Coach and Tour for six years. She has worked in the charter department from day one and now manages our office. She enjoys working with our clients and drivers to make every trip a success.

Peter M. Pappas, Outside Sales
Peter M. Pappas was director of bands at Kelvin Grove Middle School in Lockport and Glenbrook South High School in Glenview, Illinois until his retirement in 1994. He has received degrees from Northern Illinois University and VanderCook College of Music. He has done additional work at the University of Arizona. Mr. Pappas has served as a guest lecturer, adjudictator and conductor at the University of Illinois, Nothern Illinois University, VanderCook College of Music, Univeristy of Arizona, University of Southern Mississippi, University of Nebraska, Duquesne University, University of Nevada at Las Vegas and the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire. He received the Chicagoland Outstanding Music Educator Award in 1991 and the Phi Beta Mu Bandmaster's Hall of Fame Award in 1996. He has worked with United Coach and Tour on Student Travel since 1994. His knowledge of bands and their travel needs ensure our bands have the best trip possible.
